This cake was for my sister's wedding. It was outdoors in CA in August. I was very lucky we had great weather. The "cake stand" was a cut piece of plexie (sp?) glass with routed edges and for floral vases with water, flat glass beads and silk orchid stems we were going to put waterproof lights in the vases but it was staying lighter longer then so it wasn't needed. What was really great was that my mother in law was the florist. You guys are great!!
