The fish is 18â long, made of compressed cereal treats, covered with fondant and has wafer/rice paper scales. dusted with silver luster dust all else is painted with petal dust. The water is gelatin (like wings & petals -1 Tbl. gelatin & 3 Tbl. water). The fish sits on a three layer coconut cake, filling is white Ghirardelli chocolate coconut ganache and vanilla butter cream icing covered with coconut.
