I made this cake this weekend for my BFF's son. He turned 13 and had a guitar party! (This is about the only good picture that I have of it.) It is Darn Good Chocolate cake with buttercream icing and fondant accents. It was my first "big" carved cake. My white icing melted a little bit, but I still think it looks ok. I have to make another one in June for my husband's birthday!
