this was a cake i did for my friend's daughter's sweet sixteen. first time i ever did a tiered cake (more than two layers) also first time ever using pillars so i learned alot...many things i would do differently. the birthday girl loved it though so i guess that is all that matters. it is a vanilla cake with a raspberry cream filling. 1/2 IMBC and 1/2 regular BC icing. fondant accents. also first time i've done any work with RI sculptures. thanks for looking =)
