Looks like two possibilities to me - either shortening or paint. I'm probably wrong on both counts, but hey.....I took a chance. lol
...thedesertdiva is the WINNER! She took several guesses on the forum. Her last guess was lotion! She was correct. It is lotion from Victoria Secret (tube). Just so you know you can't lift it off. But, you can scoop it back in and practice again and again. :lol: :lol: :lol:
