This is a cake that I made for my friend's sons confirmation. It was a lot of fun to make and they loved it!!

I have to make a friends confirmation cake for this weekend. Can you tell me how you did the stained glass?

I made a white chocolate plaque (sp?) in the bottom of the cross pan, then unmolded it and used chocolate to pipe all the "leading". The "glass" is colored piping gel. The dove on top is just freehanded white chocolate I did on was paper and cooled. If you have any more questions, I'll be happy to help. Good Luck! :D
