Roses and chocolate!

Someone at work wanted a B-day cake for their Mom. No ideas to go on so I broke out my old Wilton books & modified one of theirs. Chocolate cake, CBC icing, ganache filling. My roses aren't what I wanted but my icing wasn't as stiff as is should have been. And the picture came out a bit on the yellow side thanks to my kitchen lighting. :-) Thanks for looking.
