I am a 911 Dispatcher by day or night... and this last week was Disp Appreciation Week. I was asked to make a cake for a raffle prize at the regional dinner that had a casino/poker theme to it. Buttercream with fondant cards and chips and the phones and 911 are chocolate. TFL
