These were made for a baby shower for three women having two girls and a boy so the theme was a non-gender specific "peas in a pod". The petit fours were lemon with lemon curd filling, lemon with raspberry filling, chocolate with chocolate ganache filling, and chocolate with raspberry filling. They were topped with either a 50/50 fondant/gumpaste pea pod or the first initial of each of the babies. They were a pain to make, but everyone loved them so it was worth the work!
