All buttercreme cake...I don't like to do scroll work on other colors but the bride and groom wanted it to be all "S" pattern since their last name is S. You do what they want :)

How do you get your buttercream so very smooth? And, if you don't mind me asking, what is your recipe for it. Mine never turns out this smooth. Also, the cake turned out great!!
