Well...My latest Topsy Turvy.. A wedding Topsy..I do love this cake even though I am not much for a whimsical cakes for wedding i think It combines both worlds. Weddings and fun. This is fun, elegant and beautiful all in one! I love all the different layers of sheens, textures and designs yet all done in white. What an amazing artist to have created this!

Amazingly enough it took me less time than other topsy's I have done. The lack of color helped lots! :roll:

The flower impression came from a lace mold..But if you dont have one you can use real lace and pass it through a pasta machine with the gumpaste underneath and as long as the lace has thick details it would leave the impression on the gumpaste. You can pipe it on top to give it more detail too!... :D

Its a terrific wedding cake! Looks like it really did topple, but in an elegant and beautiful way!
