My second go at a wedding cake...for my cousin's reception earlier this month that served 150 guests. Alternating round and square teirs of dark chocolate fudge cake with raspberry buttercream filling, covered in dark chocolate fondant, finished with satin ribbon, ivory sugar pearls and 3 dozen fresh deep red and ivory roses.
