Thanks for the nice compliments. I smoothed the BC using techniques I learned from Sugarshack's video. The only difference is that I use an icing tip to apply the BC (makes icing a lot quicker). The recipe is very similar to the buttercream dream recipe (1/2 butter & 1/2 shortening) with cocoa added to taste. I also use Loranne choc. flavor, pure van., & a small amt. of instant coffee.
