This is a cake that I did for a Sweet 16 Expo. The photo is not very clear; the roses are sugar paste and the pansies around the cake are also made of sugar paste. The cake is iced in buttercream and then covered in green and white crystalized sugar. I ordered the castle and hand painted it.
