I made this cake for the Battle of the Books competition that will be held at my school today. It is 2 11 X 15 marble sour cream cakes with buttercream icing and chocolate buttercream filling. The book was made using a book shaped pan, and it was made from the same cake batter. The cake represents a castle with the knights battling for the books. I hope the children will enjoy looking and eating this cake. Any comments would be appreciated.
