Tea Party Hat
I did these for favors for a Relay For Life Tea this Sat. The theme for my table is pink and white brown with polka dots . I would like to give credit for where I saw these but I don't remember. These are NFSC with RB. to make the hump on the hat I used one vanilla wafer. Thanks!

Thank You. I might add to roll the buttercream just a little thinner because of laying it over the vanilla wafer. Originally I tried two wafers, but it kept cracking so one worked the best.
