Basketweave Cake
I made this cake at the end of taking Wilton Course 3. In course 3 we learned the basketweave technique & also how to make quite a few different types of flowers using royal icing, which is what all the flowers on this cake are made of.
I think you mean Course II, but it's beautifully executed! Great job! ;-D

ooh..lol yes u're right..it was Course II - I always get them confused because I took them out of order, I took 3 before 2 so I confuse them.. But thanx for the compliments & the correction
