Born To Be Wild
This coconut cake is a favorite of my uncle's who is 75 & just got a new bike last year. The cake is normally baked as a torted 3 layer 8" round. I changed it accomodate the bike. The "road" is chocolate coated coconut. The frosting is the one that goes w/the cake & is very soft. I hope it holds! Thanks for looking
OMG!!! The cake is wonderful, but also I have to tell MDH about your uncle. He thinks he will be giving up his motorcycle soon as he is just turning 60 this June. Tell your uncle to keep the shiny side up.
