I made this cake for a friend's farewell party. I've been wanting to work with fondant and try making a whimsical cake so here it is. It was fun and although there were some "imperfections", my cake was a hit. The bottom layer was a chocolate mint flavor and the top layer was a lemon berry. I used the MMF and everyone loved it.
