This wedding cake was ordered 1 week before the wedding. The bride wanted a simple white square cake with red roses. She was not pickey at all, she said to do what I wanted just as long as it was not too fancy, so this is what I came up with. The bride picked the roses, so I used what she bought. I would have put open roses on this cake. Oh well she loved it just as is was.
