Nicely done!

Critique group member: Very nice! I like the Devil Ray image. The things I noticed are the writing and image don't seem centered and the stitch work looks a little sloppy.

critique subgroup member: your bc icing is incredibly smooth and your image looks like it was perfectly placed without any markings. Your lines for the ball need some work and maybe using one of those word presses for your writing would give your cake a much cleaner look.

critique subgroup member: I think the edible image turned out great. I like the board and overall presentation. I see some inconsistencies in the red lines, both on the ball and the border. The squeezing during writing was a little inconsistent too...maybe a thinner icing would help. Is the white icing BC? If so, it is incredibly smooth. Good job.

Critique Subgroup Member: I agree with sylly! :) I also think the bottom border could've benefitted from a shell border or similar under the red stitches to give it a cleaner look.

Critique subgroup member: Wow is your icing smooth. Your image turned out nicely also. Nice take from the "round" ball. Cake board does not match the theme. The writing needs work as so the ball stitching. But as I said nice take on the ball theme!!!!

Critique Subgroup Member: Great job on the edible image. You really did a nice job of getting it centered and on cleanly. Also nice smooth icing. My thoughts are the same as the previous posts. I would have been nice to have a larger border of some kind with the red stitching over top.

Thanks for the critiques, trust me I realise all the areas mentioned...it's what the customer wanted - but I wouldn't have done it that way if I would have had the option

Critique Subgroup Member: Well, I agree that it does look homemade. I'm not crazy about the writing or the crooked stitching (oops about the edible image). The border is pretty uneven and the board would have looked much better white. Sorry, not a big fan of this one.
