Great pizza....Uhhhh.. I mean cookie! FYI-fruit roll ups make great toppings too especially if you can get the multi-colored packs.

Great job. How please did you lift the cookie without it cracking before decorating? Did you bake this freehand on in a large round pan ? :P :D
I baked the cookie on parchment paper on a large sheet pan, when it was cool I decorated it on the sheet pan. When finished I slid it off with the parchment paper, opened the pizza box and used my giant spatula (8"across) to slide it into the box.
I slid the spatula between the cookie and parchment paper. The paper didn't go into the box.
This is so realistic looking! Very cool!
