Made this cake for my Christmas Open House for my neighbors. Coconut Delight cake taken from the back of a very old Baker's Coconut package. Cream Cheese frosting covered in coconut. The topper is gumpaste. Had a great time making the topper, first try at gumpaste sculpting.
