Vanilla cake with pineapple filling. My first attempt at topsy turvey. My cake was too tender and moist to hold shape properly. I had the most horiffic time. In the end I had to use a dummy cake at the bottom and not charge for the actual cake. The base cake slanted side just fell away after I covered it with the fondant.
