This is a 2-layer 8 inch square white cake.I used tip #18 for the basket weave. It is filled with strawberry pastry filling and has fresh fruit on top. I did the classic white cake from this site, and it is a fabulous recipe.

I just bought the pastry filling from my bakery. It comes in a long tube but it doesn't have a name on it.... you could check with a bakery and ask them to order some. It is DELICIOUS.
