Schuyler's Roller Skates
Client wanted Roller Skates w/ cup cakes, this is my 2nd carved cake and not to horrible I think?! The skates are choco,(this did not help support,but could not talk them into pound cake) and the cupcakes are white , all Buttercream frosted ,with dougnut wheels on skates,White Chocolate skate molds on cupcakes.
I think you did a fine job. I don't carve many cakes, but when I do it is sooooo hard to keep the choc crumbs at bay. You did great with that.
