100Th Birthday Number Cake
This cake was made out of Six 9x13 pans ~ White Vanilla Cake & BC. DH cut out board for me out of MDF so 6 cakes plus MDF equals a cake that weighs a ton!!!!! My DH had to deliver it for me because I could not lift it up! It took up the entire back of my Ford Expedition and then it would not fit through the venue's door!!! Learn some lessons on this one. Client wanted very simple, only white ~ I added the strawberries beause I thought it needed "something". She loved it. Client gave me this pic.

Yes, it was an honor! I actually got to do two cakes for her. On a current note ..... she past away this weekend in her sleep. I am so glad that her family was able to give her two wonderful parties and I was able to a part of it. Super nice people.
