Course #1 - Rose Cake
Those roses sure are harder than I thought! All in all, pretty good for my first time but my icing needed to be stiffer. This was also my first time using the parchment paper to smooth the bc and I love that technique. Thanks for looking, please feel free to give constructive advice if you see anything.

I love the grey/blue colour of the icing. I have no imagination, I just stuck to plain white like the book! :D
