Just a cake I did for fun... haven't made any in a while. Hubby ended up taking it to work with him. Butter pecan cake with a toasted coconut and pecan filling, plain buttercream. My 3 yr old broke one of the layers which is why there is a "cliff"!!! But it works for this cake!!!!!
