Plumeria Cupcakes
here are the flowers i previously posted ....finally put to good use!! I made 6 DOZEN of these ( in addition to the cookies) as a donation for a dear friend who works with a group of at risk girls....they are having a Hawaiian themed fundraiser to earn money for the girls summer camp!
