Birthday cake for a coworker who loves shoes. 8" hummingbird cake with cream cheese pecan filling. Top of box is chocolate cake. Gumpaste shoe and tissue paper, buttercream icing and fondant accents. The shoe was so much fun to make - THANKS to instructions on CC !!!
