This is the FIRST cake that I ever did about 2 years ago for my inlaws anniversary. I think it was their 40th anniversary. They didn't have a cake like this at their original wedding so I thought it would be nice to do somthing like that for them. Each tier is two layers; one chocolate and one vanilla. This was a three day process for me!!! I was happy the way it came out though since it was first real cake that I decorated! One day I'll do another!
