"Sweet" 16

My customer wanted to play on the "sweet" of Sweet 16 and she wanted it TALL. 12", 10", 8" & 6" rounds covered in fondant. The top three layers were airbrushed. The bottom tier is covered in strips of colored fondant then brushed with pearl lusterdust. Most things are gumpaste or fondant except for the licorice around the one tier. The ice cream cones are made from chocolate melts. The top is an actual cupcake but the back two are gumpaste. The candy necklace was bought as was the purple ribbon. ;-)
