This was my first attempt at an ice cream cake- it was just white ice cream with peanut butter and Reese cups in the middle and peanut butter icing on the top. It was hard to work on and keep it from melting but it definitely tasted better than it looks. Ducks were made from fondant. Thanks so much for looking!
