Easter Cupcakes

This is one of 4 dozen Easter egg cupcakes I made for the women at my daughter's daycare, the people in my department at work, and some friends. They are devil's food cupcakes with a vanilla custard filling. The "grass" is hazlenut buttercream, and the eggs are those malted milk, chocolate covered eggs you can get at any bulk store.

Very cool! These are exactly what I had in mind to make this weekend. I am even using up the green white chocolate hazelnut frosting I have in the freezer. I am planning on melting chocolate eggs in the centre too. :)
