Airbrushed buttercream blue, made dark blue circles on cake with airbrush. Then used clear piping gel to trace over dark blue circles-giving the wet bubbles look. Used blue and white color striping techniques with a star tip to make spashing waves around Sponge Bob figurine. This cake was awesome to make! I wanted to keep it for my own birthday.
