Multi-Colored Bouquet

Multi-Colored Bouquet on Cake Central

My grandmother put together a bee themed luncheon for her church group. She called and asked me for ideas with a bee theme dessert! she told me she had found some flower pots and had an idea of painting them bee striped...what could I do with that??...well.... cupcake bouquets of course!!! there were 8 of these bouquets as table centerpieces so guests could "pick flowers"

Absolutely adorable! I love the idea of painting the flower pots and you did a great job on the cupcake design. I love the colors!

Wow these look great. I saw this icing technique being demonstrated on youtube by the Culinary Institute of America but have not had a chance to try them yet! They look amazing!

These are so beautiful! I am making the beehive cake next week for a colleague who is retiring. Your flower cupcakes are such a great idea...I might give them a try. Your bouquet is very inspiring!

Great Job! I love the colors and the idea of the bees flying above the flowers. Your idea of them on the wire, made me think of some done with butterflies or for a baby bouquet could have little bottle, bibs and so on for other themes. Sorry, for going on & on, but I really like how you did the design on your bouquet. God Bless, Sharon
