Cactus With Butterfly
Based on an idea from Colette Peters' book "Colette's Cakes" ISBN number 0-316-70205-6. I modified it by attaching a rice paper/gum paste butterfly instead of a flower. The rocks are candy covered chocolate. I was quite happy with how it turned out.
