8" heart caramel cake with buttercream filling and icing. Gumpaste roses and filler flowers. Made at the last minute for my mother-in-law who just returned home from a 2-week trip overseas.

Thanks Carol! I use Sweetex shortening and have recently in the past few months began using SugarShack's buttercream recipe. Very nice to work with and I get many compliments on the icing.
