It looks beautiful even without the topper. Your BC looks so smooth it looks like fondant. What kind of BC do you use. I got the DVD from sugarshack to do the smooth icing but my icing is not crusting. I am doing the recipe she has on the dvd but something is not coming out ok. Congratulations on your beautiful cake!!!
