This cake developed on its own. I started out making the scrolls by tinting some piping gel and coping a scroll design on wax paper. I then refrigerated it for one day to make a nice template. Once on my cake I filled in with icing. The top of the cake is a bounty paper towel design which I randomly filled in and then added three roses on top. I had just learned roses in class that night so they are not great. But it was super fun. I finished it off with a small dot border. Hope you like it.
