Well, I thought I'd give the off set squares a shot, but I think I would have liked it better straight on. I was pretty pleased with the way this cake came out. The roses that the bride wanted as the topper were actually not my favorite part of the cake.

Thanks for your nice comments. Its gumpaste made by adding tylose powder to fondant.
