Very easy to make.Just bake cupcakes...Flatten them out of the oven with a heavy cutting board.Arrange on a board and then glue them down with a dab of icing once you like where they are...Stagere them so there is not really big cracks otherwise the icing will fall through and make dimples.Ice the top with the large icer tip and smooth.Add a border before or after you have made design.That's it!!
