My daughter 's said they wanted cupcake's becuase they were tired of seeing them go out the door to someone else,lol..So, i decided to make a treat for them for after school today....Vegan Lemon Cupcake's filled with a blueberry compote topped with lemon buttercream.I added the sprinkle's just for fun... YUM!
