I was going for red but it didn't take it, I didn't have enough time in class to keep mixing so I decided on leaving it pink and the same color. The cake is French Vanilla with Fresh strawberries and Chocolate Ganache filling. I tried to do a butterfly transfer in the middle under the rainbow, I guess it was too ambitious it didnât take and the butter cream was ruined. I tried covering it with blue sugar but it still shows.
