Made this cake for my DH's Chili Cook-off at work. It's chocolate chake, Colette Peter's (with a few changes) and chocolate IMBC filling. The chillis were done in icing and frozen. I haven't done a cake in a while and its amazing how many of the basic rules of thumb I had forgotten. Anyway, thanks for looking.

It sure doesnt look like you are out of practice! This cak is so fun and the bold colors against the white really pop!
