Chelsea's Cake
Second wedding cake--still hate squares! All BC with gold dragees. Fresh flowers furnished by the bride--wish they had been a shade of pink. Learned a lesson with this one--never rewhip BC icing, it gets full of air and doesn't look as smooth even though it still crusts nicely! TFL.
