I have used fondant a few other times just putting little pieces of it on buttercream cakes but this was my first time putting it on the cake...i had so much fun and look forward to doing many more! I didnt eat the fondant and took it off but oh well! it was from my wilton course III class lesson 2. I decided to try brush embroidery on the flowers instead of putting little dots.
