This cake was a special request by a client for a pitch black 1/2 sheet cake chocolate with butter cream filling. I torted this cake and filled with vanilla butter cream and chocolate. The client also wanted a large white 50. I created the numerals using royal icing and outlined it with royal piped around edges and painted with gold shimmer. The client was ecstatic with my interpretation. Thank you for looking
