Sports Ball Cake
THis cake was for my daughter's 2nd birthday. She loves all balls (thanks to daddy) so I decided to have a variety. I used Wilton's sports ball pan. All three on bottom are just half. while the soccer ball is a full round. Made RKT stars on sticks covered in white chocolate to stick out the top. I had lotsof trouble keeping them on the sticks!
What a great and unique design! Love all the bright colors! You did a great job piping all those stars and your RKT pops look terrific, too!
Ohhh! I just posted looking for help on how to keep the cake from collapsing... Any tips? Your full soccer ball looks great!!!
